Yoga Instruction

LeaderSpark yoga offerings are rooted in nervous system awareness, intentional movement, and mindful connection to breath. My yoga teaching style leans toward Hatha, Slow Flow, and Gentle practices, with a focus on creating safe, welcoming spaces for all levels. 

In these sessions, you’ll: 

  • Cultivate presence and self-awareness through breath and movement 
  • Support emotional regulation and rebuild inner strength 
  • Develop pathways for managing stress, increasing energy, and staying connected to your purpose

A 2.5-hour guided small group workshop, in-person or virtual (Comfortable clothing required!)
