Hi, I’m Jill — executive coach, yoga teacher, lifelong learner, and founder of LeaderSpark Coaching. My mission is to help individuals and teams lead with clarity, compassion, and sustainable energy. 

With over two decades of experience in health care leadership and emergency nursing, I’ve worn many hats: operations, educator, mentor, quality improvement expert, and change agent. But the common thread (and my passion!) has always been coaching — helping people rediscover their leadership spark during challenge and transition. 

I’ve witnessed — and personally experienced — burnout, moral distress, and the toll of chronic stress. My own journey led me to make a bold shift: in 2023, I stepped away from my leadership role in health care to focus fully on coaching. Then in 2025, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training after 20 years of learning as a student. I now integrate coaching principles and neuroscience with the wisdom of yoga  — offering a holistic approach to leadership and personal growth. 

Whether you’re an executive navigating complexity, a team seeking cohesion, or an individual craving more balance and fulfillment, my approach focuses on energy management, presence, and sustainable leadership — of others and of self. My coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices and heartfelt connection. I listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and create space for reflection, insight, and humor. 

I currently live in Brush Prairie, Washington with my husband Paul and our two Aussie Shepherds, Fergus and Charlie. When I’m not coaching or teaching, I love travel, spending time in West Coast nature, and being with friends and family (in Canada and Stateside!).
